LMS Highways Successfully Completes First PAS 2080:2023 Surveillance Audit

In February 2025 LMS Highways successfully completed our first surveillance audit for PAS 2080:2023 conducted by BSI, with no non-conformances identified proving that our commitment to carbon reduction is backed by strong procedures and a deep understanding of carbon management.

PAS 2080 provides a framework for managing carbon across the lifecycle of buildings and infrastructure. It plays a crucial role in supporting the transition to a net zero carbon economy by 2050, requiring collaboration across the entire value chain.

Achieving and maintaining this accreditation demonstrates our commitment to reducing carbon within the highways industry. It also reinforces our support for National Highways’ goal of becoming net zero by 2040. This milestone reflects the strong procedures and expertise within LMS Highways and our drive to create a more sustainable future. We are proud of our team for their dedication to carbon reduction and environmental responsibility.

“Achieving a faultless first audit with no non-conformances is a significant milestone, it reflects our strong commitment to reducing carbon emissions and recognises the dedication and hard work of our team and valued supply chain.” – Paul Winter, Managing Director of LMS Highways
