Working recently on the M23 northbound, near Gatwick Airport, the company's refined super-efficient processes were put to the test.
The scheme was completed over 4 weekends with partial and full overnight closures designed to minimise disruption to this important strategic route.
Our video shows how we removed a total of 1,200 tonnes (400 linear metres of concrete) over one of the weekends.
Night 1 was a partial closure and involved a major saw cutting exercise to allow the concrete to be lifted in large sections.
Night 2 was a full closure for safety reasons and saw the actual lifting using our innovative, exclusive bucket equipment.
Maintaining the integrity of the schedule was vital due to a new asphalt surface being installed shortly after the lifting was complete.
